A FAMILY is taking legal action against Colchester General Hospital, claiming their mother walked into the hospital and left eight days later with three broken bones.
Joyce Beales, 86, from Clacton, walked into A&E after being diagnosed with a bleed on the brain.
But son Roger, 60, says eight days later, after being discharged to Clacton Hospital, she was given an X-ray which revealed two broken hips and a broken thigh bone.
