THE Gazette’s big election debate saw 350 residents descend on Clacton’s West Cliff Theatre for a lively discussion about the issues affecting our area.
The Clacton Hustings saw the candidates vying to be the town’s MP at the General Election on May 7 debate a series of questions on Monday night.
All the Clacton Parliamentary candidates – Douglas Carswell (Ukip), David Grace (Lib Dem), Chris Southall (Green), Giles Watling (Con) and Tim Young (Lab) – took part.
