Kayaker saved by members of the public who saw him waving and shouting for help
A MAN was helped to shore after he was spotted waving for help in a kayak near Frinton.
Members of the public went to the kayaker’s aid after he was seen waving and shouting out.
They helped pull him to safety at about 10.45am on Monday.
Paramedics and coastguards from Walton arrived at the scene moments after the kayaker was returned to shore. The man declined medical assistance.
