Top club bowled over by response after open day draws crowds to pristine green
DOZENS of would-be bowlers tried their hand at the sport at Frinton Bowls Club’s annual open day.
Members and instructors were on hand to help out budding beginners on Saturday.
Club secretary Richard Roffe said he was delighted with the number of visitors who signed up and would become new members.
