SEAFRONT rangers rushed to the aid of a man who had collapsed and was suffering a fit on Clacton seafront.
The man was spotted falling to the floor and having an epileptic fit on the promenade above Clacton’s West Beach on Sunday afternoon.
A member of public reported it to the seafront team on duty and rangers Scott Lawrence, Darren Garrod and Liam Noah rushed to help him.
They found the man outside the toilets by the boathouse at about 1.30pm.
They made him safe and stayed with the casualty – who is on medication for frequent fits – until he had fully recovered.
