A MAN has been charged following a disturbance at a Clacton nightclub in September.
Essex police officers were called out to The Loft, above Tom Peppers, in Marine Parade, shortly after 2.15am on Saturday, September 3, following reports of men fighting.
Lee Clements, 29, of Burley Road, Canning Town has been charged with grievous bodily harm, criminal damage and assault by beating.
A spokesman for the Essex Police said: "He has been released on police bail to appear before magistrates in Colchester on February 7."
