VOLUNTEERS, staff and clients of a Colchester charity enjoyed a sweet treat thanks to donation from a supermarket.
Sainsbury’s shop in Layer Road, Colchester, wanted to recognise the work Headway Essex does to help brain injury survivors and their families.
Staff at the store volunteered to serve up a range of cakes and tea to members of the Headway team as a treat.
Andy Plowright, of Headway, said: “It was really nice to see the volunteers getting a treat in reward for all the hard work they put in.”
