A MAN has been charged with driving while disqualified less than 12 hours after being banned.
Freddie Hopkinson, 39, was banned from driving at Colchester Magistrates' Court on Wednesday after racking up more than a dozen penalty points within three years.
Just hours after the hearing finished, he was arrested on the A120 at Braintree at 1.20pm.
Hopkinson, of Hadham Road, Bishop’s Stortford, will appear at the same court on April 9 to answer the new charge.
