COLCHESTER's MP heckled a colleague who blocked plans to criminalise upskirting in the House of Commons.

Sir Christopher Chope - MP for Christchurch - objected to the Voyeurism (Offences) Bill which would have made it illegal to take a picture under someone's clothing without their permission.

The Ministry of Justice had backed the legislation

The Bill will have to return for another Friday Private Members Bill session, on July 6, if it is to have any hope of becoming law this Parliamentary term.

Will Quince cried shame as the Bill was blocked.
