DJ's marathon radio show for charity
A DJ had better bring a comfy chair to work with him after he signed up to host a 12 hour radio show.
Scott Clarke, of Shaftesbury Avenue, Dovercourt, will be taking on the mammoth task to raise money for Stand Up To Cancer UK.
The Saint FM show will begin at 10pm on Monday, February 11 and will be live on 94.7fm in Essex and online at www.saintfm.co.uk.
Scott, who has been DJ’ing for three years, will prepare for the challenge by sleeping all day and staying awake at night in the days running up to the show.
Scott chose Stand Up To Cancer as his charity after the disease claimed his grandfather’s life a few years ago.
He is hoping to raise £100 for the charity.
