Boat of eight passengers calls Mayday

LIFESAVERS rushed to rescue eight people on a yacht which called Mayday.
The passengers in an 11.5 meter boat had run aground off the coast of Harwich at about 1.15pm on Saturday, February 23.
Harwich RNLI sailed out to the group on the Kestrel boat and established the boat was now underway. The lifeboat stood down before going any further.
