WITCHES, giant bugs, Oompa-Loompas and even crocodiles have come to life at a village primary school.
Youngsters, teachers, and some parents spent Friday February 15 dressed as characters from Roald Dahl books.
The event was part of the school’s book week, which has also seen children make collages, write book reviews, and act out stories from the famous author’s tales.
At lunchtime the school tried out “revoluting recipes” themed on Roald Dahl’s stories with worm spaghetti, mouldy mounds, and snozzcumbers.
