Football legend's widow on Harwich fundraising cruise

A football legend’s widow will be joining a special fundraising cruise from Harwich in his honour.

Lady Elsie Robson, sir Bobby Robson’s widow, will be on the three-night from Harwich as guest honour.

She will be aboard the Black Watch for Fred Olsen’s Sir Bobby Robson Cruise on the last of its four sailings from Harwich on June 15.

The cruise, which will ave fundraising events onboard, will include guest speakers to talk about Sir Bobby Robson's life like George Burley – ex-player and former Manager of Ipswich Town Football Club.

Sir Bobby Robson lost his battle with cancer in 2009, 17 years after his first diagnosis.
