Pupils bring stories to life with fancy dress day
SCHOOL lessons were taught by Mr Tickle and Alice in Wonderland when teachers and pupils emulated their favourite fictional characters.
Spring Meadow Primary School pupils transformed into The Gingerbread Man and Harry Potter on Friday, March 8, to celebrate the end of World Book Week.
The national event, which from March 4 until Friday, March 8, aims to inspire youngsters to pick up a book and take an interest in literature.
Spring Meadow, in Pound Farm Drive, Dovercourt, thought it was a fun way to encourage children to learn.
