BBC School Report comes to Manningtree High School

PUPILS at Manningtree High School will be taking part in BBC School Report.

Year 8 students will be reporting on news as it breaks during the day and broadcasting it in the afternoon when the BBC scheme comes to the school tomorrow.

Reports will be either in newspaper form, as a TV news bulletin or as a radio podcast updated throughout the day.

This is the first year the school has participated and pupils have been busy preparing and taking part in workshops on radio and video broadcasting.

As their broadcasts are recorded, they will be uploaded to the schools’ dedicated School Report weblink which will be accessed through the main BBC website bbc.co.uk/schoolreport.
