County bid to help budding entrepreneurs

ESSEX County Council has teamed up with the Prince’s Trust to help young entrepreneurs.

The trust’s Enterprise Programme is aimed at unemployed 18 to 30-year-olds and includes a four-day course to teach them the basics of business.

A £30,000 grant from the council will allow the trust to provide start-up funding to 15 more Essex business hopefuls, as well as providing long-term mentoring support.
