HARWICH band The Sounding Line give their new album its first live outing at Dovercourt's Kingsway Hall tomorrow night.

Wheel of Fortune is the band's third album, hot on the heels of 2011's debut The Four Winds and last year's eponymous follow-up.

The six-piece formed in 2008 and is made up of Dovercourt's Jane Burns, Mike Gosling and Karl Thomas from Ramsey, Deb Bastin from Wrabness, Nick Marshall and Sarah Archer.

Their music is a mix of original indie, pop, rock and nu-folk.

The band will perform all of the new album as well as some old favourites.

The gig starts at 8pm. Tickets are £7.50 on the door (accompanied children free) with all profits going to St Helena Hospice.

Wheel of Fortune is being launched at the show with £2 from each copy sold going to the hospice.
