A MALTING firm’s culinary mastermind brought baking alive at Acorn Village.
Edme’s technical baker Richard Ball took centre stage to host the baking event for the Mistley charity which helps adults with learning disabilities.
He shared his knowledge and skills and handed out samples of bread, pizza bases and sponge cake.
Kate Williams, commercial and marketing co-ordinator at Acorn Village, said “It was a marvellous event.
"As well as showing us all how to make the perfect loaves and cakes, Richard shared some of his trade secrets to help us master our own recipes. He’s a great entertainer and true professional."
