RESIDENTS in Tendring can raise concerns about crime at a meeting with the police and crime commissioner for Essex on Thursday.
PCC Nick Alston is hosting his next public meeting at the Frinton Community Association in Soken House at the Triangle Shopping Centre in Frinton from 6.30pm.
Topics for discussion will include an overview of crime in the district focusing on robbery, burglary and vehicle theft, PSCOs, police visibility and violent crime.
Mr Alston said: “I encourage everyone who lives in the Tendring area to come along to the meeting and raise the issues that matter to them around crime and policing.
“If you care about keeping Tendring safe, please come along and be part of the debate.”
Chief Insp Russ Cole will also be on hand with representatives from the Tendring Community Safety Partnership to explain what actions are being taken by local officers to keep the district safe.
Residents can book one-on-one surgeries with Mr Alston between 4.30pm and 5.30pm.
