SCHOOLCHILDREN have donated a trolley full of goods to the town's foodbank as part of this year's Harvest Festival.
Youngsters at All Saints Primary School in Dovercourt brought in as much food as they could carry, donating everything from pasta to ready meals to Harwich Food Bank.
Interim headteacher Kirsty Box said: “What we did is ask the children through a newsletter to donate to the local food bank in light of their recent struggles with finding a new home.
“I thought it went really well, we had a trolley full of it and a few shoe boxes full – there was wonderful support."
