Police appeal after Harwich residents pay for building work that has not been carried out
POLICE are investigating two allegations of fraud after residents paid for building work that has not been carried out.
The Harwich residents each paid a man to complete work in their kitchens and bathrooms in February and March, but the work has not been started.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have had a similar problem to report it to PC Jamie Horton at Harwich police station on 101.
