A THIRD man has been charged as part of an operation targeting modern slavery in Clacton.
Police executed a warrant in Clacton, at five different addresses, shortly before 7am on March 23.
It followed concerns about the treatment of people working at a car wash in Wellesley Road.
Adriatik Leshi, 42 of Key Road, Clacton, was arrested in Sussex on March 26.
He has now been charged with holding a person in slavery or servitude.
Leshi is due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on April 25.
Two other men were arrested and charged after the warrants were executed at the addresses last month, including in Coronation Road and Wellesley Road.
A woman arrested and released on bail has since been released under investigation.
