Hedingham Castle is going to be a car enthusiast’s paradise this weekend.

Following on from last weekend’s classic and vintage car show, the castle is staging two events which all petrol-heads will enjoy.

On Saturday, Le Mans legend Richard Attwood will be attending the now annual Porsche Classics Motorsport dinner at the castle.

This will be a very rare appearance by Richard Attwood, winner of the Le Mans 1970, and so something not to be missed by Porsche enthusiasts.

There are a limited number of seats available and tickets, priced at £90, are on a first come first served basis from hedinghamcastle.co.uk/events or 01787 460261.

Following this, the castle will then host the Classics at the Castle from 10am until 4pm on Sunday.

This unique event for classic Porsches built between 1948 and 1973 will feature a parade of the cars to allow both the sight and sound of the cars on the move to be enjoyed at close quarters.

As well as admiring the cars, the castle and its grounds will also be open.

Tickets cost £20 for a car and driver, and then £5 for additional passengers. Children up to 12 are free.
