Stabbing: three in court
THREE men will appear in court next month in connection with a stabbing outside a pub.
Justin Weirich, Rikki Georgiou and Darren White are alleged to have been involved in the incident outside the Brewers Arms, Brightlingsea last October.
No charges were put to the three during a hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court yesterday and they will return to court on February 16.
Weirich, 25, of Starfield Road, London, Georgiou, 23, of Alvis Avenue, Jaywick, and White, 24, of Mendlesham Close, Clacton, are said to have been involved in an incident when Will Hay, 27, was stabbed in the neck with a screwdriver.
