Flats likely to go ahead
NEW apartments are set to be given the go-ahead in Colchester.
Developer Modena Homes wants to build 18 flats in Clarendon Way with 24 parking spaces.
Most of the flats would have two bedrooms, with four having three bedrooms.
Planning officers have recommended the proposals be given the thumbs up.
Colchester Council’s planning committee will discuss the plans at a meeting on Thursday at 6pm at the Town Hall, in High Street, Colchester.
