Two men charged after three men suffered head and facial injuries in High Street disturbance
Two men have been charged in connection with a disturbance in Braintree town centre which resulted in three men being taken to hospital with head and facial injuries.
Carter Adams, 20, of St Nicholas Close, Witham, has been charged with wounding with intent, assault by beating and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Aaron Yates, 25, of Douglas Grove, Witham, has been charged with wounding with intent.
Police were called to the High Street at 12.40am on October 12, 2014, following reports of a disturbance which had started in Bar Sport.
Both have been released on police bail to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on May 20.
A 27-year-old man from Witham has been release from his bail.
