Maldon's United Reformed Church was filled with the sound of music this lunchtime, when soprano Alexandra Cornell filled the building with song.
The performance, which was accompanied by pianist Matthew Wallace, took place as part of a series organised by Churches Together.
The free concert, at the church on Market Hill, saw residents pack into the hall with their lunches to hear the music.
The concerts take place on the second Thursday of every month.
