RESIDENTS at a care home were engaged in keep fit classes focussing on music and movement.

Henry Webster regularly visits the Prince Edward Duke of Kent home in Braintree's Stisted Hall to help residents stay active with fun exercises performed along to music.

The sessions last around 20 minutes and can be done from the comfort of the residents armchairs as they move to the music.

Activities Coordinator Audrey Brown said: “Residents really look forward to Henry’s monthly visit and you can see their faces brighten up whilst they enjoy the exercises and music. At Prince Edward Duke of Kent Court we regularly organise activities that keep residents active, which supports their health and wellbeing.”

The care home is run by the RMBI who are part of the Masonic Charitable Foundation.
