A HOUSING association has unveiled its rebranding with a new website.

Greenfields Community Housing has worked to make it easier for residents to access its services and launched a new website on March 28, after rigorous testing by a panel of Greenfields residents and staff.

Phil Adams, chief executive at Greenfields said, “Our ambition at Greenfields is improving lives.

"Our services grow beyond housing, and our new look and website aims to show people just that.

"We believe in working in partnership with our residents. Their involvement in the development of the new brand and website has been incremental to its success.”

The Greenfields logo has been given a new look, illustrations are being used to represent the brand’s emphasis on community building and the new website designed to make information about the organisation and its services easy to find.

A key feature on the website is the self-service portal which allows residents to book appointments and pay their rent accounts from the comfort of their own homes.

Paula Briggs, head of customer excellence at Greenfields said, “We needed a brand refresh and new website design to showcase the real Greenfields.

"We’ve got an excellent track record for our customer service, with an average of 93 per cent satisfaction from our residents in a recent survey.

"We have also recently been shortlisted as Outstanding Landlord of the Year in the UK Housing Awards. It was crucial to make sure our website was providing our residents with the same level of service.”

Greenfields worked with award-winning brand and marketing agency, Mackman since 2015.

The refreshed brand is being rolled out throughout 2017.
