A THUG who threatened a victim with violence while on bail has been handed more jail time.
Joshua Sergeant, 23, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words at Colchester Magistrates' Court.
He committed the offence in May in Colchester, while on bail for a separate matter.
Sergeant was jailed for nine months in August for affray, following an altercation outside the Kings Head pub, in Brightlingsea.
For his latest crime, Sergeant, of Belfield Avenue, Brightlingsea, received an additional six weeks in prison.
