More than 100 schoolchildren greeted Prince Charles as part of his tour of Essex.
His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales spent the majority of the day at various events across the county, including a visit to West Hanningfield.
He was met by all the pupils from St Peter's Primary School in the village, who excitedly waved Union flags and cheered as he arrived.
The Prince took the time to talk to many of the pupils and their teachers before heading into the village hall.
