RAIL users can go Pokemon crazy this Friday with train operator c2c’s special ‘Go Rover’ offer.

This Friday c2c is offering a special ‘Go Rover’ off-peak fare to allow customers to hop on and off their trains all day for as little as £5 - perfect for catching some rare and elusive Pokemon and visiting some of the great places along the route.

Show the ‘Pokemon Go’ app at a c2c ticket office to get a Rover ticket for only £5 or if you want to include London stations in your journey it will cost £9.

If you’re hunting Pokemon there are supposedly lots of PokeStops and gyms along the c2c route.

If you fancy taking a break from gaming, or want somewhere to eat, there are loads of discounts on food joints and attractions that are valid with the train ticket via the Southend Days Out Deals Guide.

If players use the Go Rover all the way into London then Pokemon lovers can have double the fun with 2FOR1 London offers when you take the train.

Pokemon hunters are reminded to play safe around station platforms or crossings and aways be aware of their surroundings.

Follow c2c on Twitter or Facebook to keep an eye out for top tips on places to go to catch Pokemon on the c2c route this Friday.
