BATMAN, Captain America and Wolverine are just some of the superheroes to stalk the streets to raise funds for Little Havens Children’s Hospice and other south Essex charities.
Organised by the Thundersley Town Team, Thundersley will come alive with games, a scavenger hunt, classic cars and more, from April 28 to 30.
On Friday, expect to see arm wrestling , running races, and Joke the Joker in Hart Road from 3pm.
On Saturday there will be a scavenger hunt where little-ones and their families can scoop prizes on Thundersley Common from 11am.
Sunday will see the Community Heroes Awards, where those who have contributed to the community will be celebrated at the Thundersley Congregational Church in Kenneth Road at 11am.
Colin MacLean, one of the organisers and councillor for Cedar Hall ward, said: “The event, the brainchild of community award winner Simon Foxen, aims to bring together the Thundersley community and raise as much money for worthy causes as we possible can.”
