Boss Sadler is happy to hit the road
LITTLE Oakley joint-boss Paul Sadler is looking forward to a change of scenery tomorrow.
The Kent Blaxill Essex and Suffolk Border League premier division side have been at home for their last three matches, after kicking-off at White Notley.
However, they face an away trip tomorrow, at Wormingford Wanderers in a Border League Knockout Cup tie.
Sadler is relishing the prospect and, after four defeats so far, feels it might prove a blessing to hit the road.
“We’ve been at home for the last few weeks and it’ll be good to go away, to play somewhere different and have some different scenery,” he said.
“I think it’ll be a positive thing and help the boys. We just need that first win. I definitely think we’ll be a top-six team, when we’ve got our season up and running.”
