A NUMBER of Harwich Runners took advantage of favourable conditions to clock fast times at the Tiptree ten-mile and Martlesham 10km races.
Rob Reason finished ninth in 57 minutes and 37 seconds, at Tiptree.
Mark Rutter was next across the line for the club, with a time of 1h 2m 44s.
This placed him 35th overall and sixth in his age group (MV50).
Robin Brookes clocked 1h 4m 57s to take 44th.
Just two places further back was Steve Burbidge, who secured a new personal best (PB) in 1h 5m 22s.
Current runner of the month, Richard Newman continued his rich vein of form with a PB of 1h 6m 2s to take 53rd.
