FOXASH Walking Football Club held a tournament at Foxash Social and Sports Club.
Seven teams turned up, from as far apart as Beccles and Romford.
There was some excellent play as the round-robin tournament kicked-off with an excellent game between one of the home teams - Foxash A and Chelmsford.
While both goals were at times under siege, it was a goal-less draw at full-time.
On the second pitch, there was a hotly-contested derby between Beccles A and Beccles B.
Beccles B narrowly won this thrilling game 1-0.
All in all, 21 games took place between the two pitches and there was a cracking home derby between Foxash A and B.
The A team nudged ahead and won 2-0.
The overall quality of the games was superb and a couple of ex-professional players spiced up the day.
The tournament winners were Beccles B, with Beccles A runners-up.
The organisers have expressed their thanks to the teams, players, supporters and those who helped out on the day to make it a cracking success.
Foxash have regular training sessions, for anyone interested in joining.
They take place on Sundays, from 10.30am, at Foxash Social and Sports Club.
