Colchester United have made their third signing in the space of 24 hours after bringing in Swindon Town midfielder Sean Murray.

The 23-year-old, who played 85 times for Watford where he progressed from the academy, has joined the U's until the end of the 2017-18 season.

Murray, who has also spent time at Wigan Athletic on loan during his career, has been a regular in the Swindon starting line-up this season in League One, making 18 league appearances.

Murray joins goalkeeper Dean Brill and Huddersfield Town loanee Rekeil Pyke in linking up with Colchester this week, ahead of tonight's transfer deadline.
