JUNIOR Ogedi-Uzokwe was the two-goal hero as Colchester United's under-23s fought back from behind to sink QPR 3-2.
The sides met in a Professional Development League fixture on Monday afternoon.
And it the U's who emerged victorious thanks to a dramatic brace from former Maldon and Tiptree striker Ogedi-Uzokwe.
They were his first goals in Colchester colours.
Ex-Jammers team-mate Ryan Gondoh was also on target at Florence Park.
After taking the lead, Colchester were pegged back by two goals in quick succession by QPR.
It meant the London side went into the half-time interval with a 2-1 lead.
Gondoh then made it all-square halfway through the second period before Ogedi-Uzokwe notched his second to secure a dramatic 3-2 victory.
