Harwich to welcome back batsman Eaton

ADAM Eaton is heading back to Harwich and Dovercourt Cricket Club.

The top-order batsman is returning to Low Road after a spell at Colchester and East Essex.

He will play for the club in this year’s Marshall Hatchick Two Counties Championship division five campaign, which gets under way at home to Nacton on April 20.

“Adam will be a great addition,” said first-team skipper Tommy Armstrong.

“He’s experienced and scores a lot of runs, either opening the batting or coming in at number three.

“It’s an area that let us down last season, so we’re really pleased he’s back.”
