Hanover A share the spoils with league leaders
THERE was a surprise in the Harwich Men’s League as A division basement boys Hanover B shared the spoils with leaders Ind Coope A.
At one point the bottom team led 4-2, thanks to victories for Derek Tye, Matt Cheesman, Darren Goodman and Rob Balaam.
However, the Coope’s Alan Collins and Gavin Johnson, who scored 177, won the last two games to force a draw.
