A RECORD 17 Harwich Runners turned out at four of the region’s Parkruns.
Recent club success continued at the Great Cornard event, as Graeme Knott led the field home in 16m 42s.
Revelling in the soft underfoot conditions, he recorded the second-best time since the weekly event began.
Partner Kate Hodgkiss was equally impressive, coming in first female and fourth overall on her debut at the venue, in 18m 22s.
It was also the third best-ever time for a woman over the course.
