IND Coope A powered to an 8-0 victory at home to Hanover B and now have a 24-point lead at the top of the Harwich Men’s League.
Hanover A have gone second in the A division, after beating the United Services club 6-2.
Matt Good and Mick Chambers both had 120 finishes and 15-darters for the Hanover team.
Squirrels, on byes, trail them by five points but have a game in hand.
Oakley A beat the Cricket Club 5-3 and Ind Coope B won the last three games for a 5-3 win over the Maybush.
Steve Lawrie had a 109 shot-out for the Maybush.
In the B division, there was a surprise as top team Cherry Tree were defeated 5-4 by the Royal Oak.
Steve Bond, for the Oak, scored 180 in the pairs, while fourth-placed Ships were also defeated, by the Flag, 6-3.
Nick Lawrie, for the Ships, had a 12-dart leg and a 135 finish.
Trafalgar, who were the only team to win in the top four, beat second-placed Golf Club 6-3.
Despite the Cherries losing, they still have a five-point lead over both the Golf Club and Trafalgar.
These two are level on points with a game in hand.
Elsewhere, the Shakers beat Oakley B 7-2 and Globe won 5-4 at the Shrimpers.
Pete Rodger, in the pairs, scored a 180 for the Shrimpers.
Luney Club came back from 4-2 down to win the last three singles for a 5-4 win over the Royal. Billy Tyrell, for the Royal, had a 100 finish and Barry Glover, who won the last game for the Luney club, had a 13-dart leg.
