MISTLEY Cricket Club skipper Daniel Goff has hailed team-mate Jarryd Walsh as an inspiration in his side.
The comments came after Mistley’s third win on the bounce in Marshall Hatchick Two Counties Championship division one, this time against Coggeshall.
The Swans secured a 21-run victory on Saturday at New Road.
Goff said: “Jarryd put in another great shift on Saturday with 73 runs, following a century last week.
“After losing players to Frinton, we have a younger squad this year and Jarryd has been an inspiration to them."
