HARWICH and Dovercourt High School’s year sevens took part in their first rugby league tournament.
It took place at Colchester Rugby Club.
In total, the boys (pictured) played four games, winning two and drawing two.
Their star player was Cameron Burgeman.
Meanwhile, Harwich’s year seven rugby team played their final league game of the season at home to Clacton County High.
They were aiming to continue their 100 per cent record and won convincingly, by ten tries to nil, therefore winning the title.
Harvey Bennett was awarded man-of-the-match.
Harwich won the league convincingly, scoring 39 tries and only conceding one.
