HARWICH golfers helped Frinton Golf Club members and guests remember the late, great Peter Kincaid.
Peter’s nominated charity was the RNLI and a cheque for £1,377 was presented to representative Mark Doogan.
The day’s format was a Texas Scramble and the scores were very close, with the winning team Simon Martin-Redman, Danny Dix, Simon O’Brien and Murray Northover coming in with a score of 60.6 nett.
Just above that in second place, with 60.8, were Iain Quick, Roger Attrill, Nigel Oakley and Dan Leno.
Third place went to John Oakford, Andy Benstead, Richard Lewis and Jason Nicholls, with 61.8.
The best ladies' team were Tracey Taylor, Loraine Motion, Sheila Attrill and Judy Taylor.
