Essex and Suffolk Border League premier division

HARWICH provided a goal feast to blow away the challenge of Holland.

Luke Barnard opened the scoring in the 18th minute when he clinically converted a penalty, following a handball.

Six minutes later, Barnard burst through the visitors' defence to add his second.

Harwich were finding their men well and in the 35th minute livewire Brad Westley, playing up front, scored the Shrimpers' third from a one-on-one situation with the goalkeeper.

Early in the second half, Jake Richardson scored goal number four with a header.

In the 65th minute, Barnard unselfishly set up Westley, who made it a nap hand of goals for the dominant Shrimpers. Holland continued to try hard but Harwich were in fine form and Westley completed his excellent hat-trick by rounding the keeper.

The seventh goal came when Ollie Lamb beat the oncoming keeper with a header and Harwich continue their climb towards the top half of the table.

Tomorrow, Harwich visit championship contenders Gas Recreation.
