FAMILIES teamed up in a fun tennis competition at Manningtree High School.
The Quorn Family Tennis Cup is supported by the Lawn Tennis Association and sponsored by Quorn.
The idea is for parents and children to get on court and play in a fun doubles tournament.
Thirty-two players took part in 16 pairs.
The children mainly attend the Manningtree community tennis programme and the event was a great success, with some amazing tennis played by all.
Nearly all those taking part stayed behind to see the final, which was between Dominic and Chris Bowden and Rob and Matthew Sweeney.
The final was a close match, with some great rallies taking place, especially between the children.
In the end, Dominic and Chris Bowden were crowned the Quorn Family Cup champions, winning 10-7.
They will now get the chance to compete at one of the LTA grass court tournaments and get to watch some professional tennis for free.
