HAZELTON Patricia Mary Passed away peacefully on the 29th May 2019 aged 89 years. Reunited with her loving Husband Les. Devoted Mum to Sandra, Graham and their Partners Stuart and Linda. Much loved Grandmother to Emma and Sam, Great Grandmother to Gracie and Zachary. Funeral to be held on Tuesday 9th July 2019 at the Weeley Crematorium, 11:00 service. Family flowers only. Donations if preferred to Dementia UK and can be entrusted to Harwich & Dovercourt Funeral Service, 8 Oakley Rd, Harwich CO12 4QR
