Patricia Church (Pat) Peacefully passed away on 10th January 2022 aged 98. Wife of the late Bill, Mum to Val, Nan to Sam & Jo, Great Nan to Danielle, Charlotte & Joseph. Funeral to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Monday 7th February 2022 at 11am. Family flowers only.
