JOHN CARTER Many thanks for the cards, letters, flowers and tributes sent in memory of John. I would also like to say a big thank you to everyone who lined the street to pay their respects to John - it was much appreciated. To my family and dearest friends - thank you so much for all the love, help and support you have given me. I couldn't have managed without you. Pam xx
